国产随钻测量定向钻进系统在汝箕沟煤矿的应用

Application of home MWD directional drilling system in Ningxia Rujigou mine

  • 摘要: 采用我国自主研发的随钻测量定向钻进系统及钻孔轨迹设计与分析软件,结合宁夏汝箕沟煤矿巷道现场试验情况,对该系统的组成、性能、使用情况等作了总结;对随钻测量得到的钻孔轨迹参数进行了分析处理,为今后定向钻孔轨迹设计和实测轨迹分析提供了参考。结果表明,无论是系统还是软件,均能满足煤矿井下随钻测量要求。

     

    Abstract: The research of measuring while drilling (MWD) technology for underground coal mines is later in China, for many years, the directional drilling equipment and instruments mainly rely on importation.Based on our newly developed MWD directional drilling system tested in Ningxia Rujigou coal mine, the paper summed up the composition, performance application of the home system.The parameters of borehole trajectory obtained by MWD were processed and analyzed, providing references for the design of directional borehole trajectory and analysis of measured trajectory in the future.The results of application of the system indicated that both the system and software could meet MWD requirements in underground coal mines.
