中风压钻进在煤矿井下的应用

Application of medium wind pressure drilling technology for gas extraction borehole in underground coal mines

  • 摘要: 根据煤矿井下沿煤层瓦斯抽采(放)钻孔中风压压风钻进工艺及设备的发展情况,介绍了中风压钻进工艺和配套设备的选择、研制以及在丁集矿和成庄矿的钻进工艺试验,证明在松软突出煤层的沿煤层瓦斯抽采(放)孔钻进施工中,中风压钻进工艺较为理想、是值得推广的钻进工艺。

     

    Abstract: Aiming to the development of compressed air drilling technology and equipment for in seam gas drainage borehole in underground coal mines, the paper introduced the technology and selection of medium wind pressure drilling as well as the experiment carried out in Dingji coal mine and Chengzhuang coal mine. It was confirmed that medium wind pressure drilling method is an ideal technology for drilling boreholes in soft out-burst-prone coalbeds and worth popularizing in the future.
