矿山钻孔救援多源信息探测技术研究与应用

Research and application of multi-source information detection technology for drilling rescue of mine

  • 摘要: 矿山钻孔救援是一种新型救援技术,在其救援过程中为快速准确获取钻孔通道信息、被困人员位置距离、灾区气体环境特征,实现井下被困人员与井上救援指挥人员的双向视音频通信,采用多源信息融合、双码流网络视频服务、边缘计算、本安型电路控制及超宽带雷达等技术方法进行理论攻关和技术研发,提出2个关键技术:灾区多种传感器数据实时采集与传输技术、隐蔽空间生命信息探测技术,前者能够实现钻孔救援过程中多源信息的实时探测与呈递,而后者能够实现障碍物后的人员生命信息探测和定位。在此基础上进行样机试制和现场试验,研发出矿山钻孔救援多源信息探测系列设备:大容量便携式本安电源、超宽带雷达探测系统(可穿透障碍物探测生命)、钻孔救援多源信息(视音频、温度、气体环境参数)探测系统,运用该套设备参与山东平邑石膏矿、山东笏山金矿事故救援,均成功探测到被困人员,检测了钻孔通道信息和井下环境信息;在新疆丰源救援事故中对井下涌水、气体环境进行了实时监测,避免了救援人员的二次伤亡。系统包括潜水、视音频环境监测钻孔探测器、基于双绞线的钻孔通信线轮盘、系统监测终端。成果的研发与应用能够为长距离钻孔内多源信息探测提供一定的装备支撑和技术借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Drilling rescue of mine is a new type of rescue technology. In order to quickly and accurately obtain the information on drilling channel, the location distance of the trapped person and the characteristics of the gas environment in the disaster area during rescue, as well as to realize the two-way video and audio communication between the trapped person underground and the rescue commander on the ground, theoretical research and technical development were conducted with the technical methods such as multi-source information fusion, dual-stream network video service, edge computing, intrinsically-safe circuit control, and ultra-wideband radar. Meanwhile, two key technologies were proposed: a real-time collection and transmission technology of various sensor data in disaster areas and a hidden-space life information detection technology. Specifically, the former could realize the real-time detection and presentation of multi-source information in the process of drilling rescue, while the latter could realize the detection and positioning of personnel life information behind the obstacles. Then, the trial production of prototype and the field tests were carried out on this basis, and thus a series of multi-source information detection equipment for drilling rescue of mine was developed, including the portable intrinsically-safe power supply with large capacity, the ultra-wideband radar detection system (capable of detecting the life behind the obstacles), and the multi-source information (the parameters of video, audio, temperature and gas environment) detection system for drilling rescue. This set of equipment was used in the accident rescue of Shandong Pingyi Gypsum Mine and Shandong Hushan Gold Mine, with the trapped person and the information on drilling channel and underground environment detected successfully. In the rescue of Xinjiang Fengyuan Mine accident, the underground water and gas environment was monitored in real time to avoid the secondary casualties of rescuers. The system comprises a borehole detector for diving, video and audio environment monitoring, a twisted pair-based borehole communication line wheel, and a system monitoring terminal. The development and application of the results could provide some equipment support and technical reference for multi-source information detection in long-distance boreholes.
