Quantitative analysis on fault structure in Yuxian Mine Area

摘要: 采用数理统计方法,分析了断层要素与断层性质的相关关系,建立了不同性质断层的落差与走向长度之间的经验公式,揭示了断层发育的平面展布规律。本文强调小型缓倾斜逆冲断层在蔚县矿区构造格局中的重要性。

Abstract: Based on mathematical statistics of the data concerning fault structures,the correlation between fault elements and mechanical properties of faults are analyzed.The empirical formulas for relation between drop height and strike length of different types of faults are established,and the distribution regularity of faults in mine area is shown.This paper emphasizes on the significance of slightly dipping reverse faults in the structure framework in Yuxian Mine Area.
