注浆质量声波检测专家系统的研究

Research of Expert System on grouting quality with ultrasonic inspection

  • 摘要: 注浆技术被广泛应用于岩土工程的各个领域中,并取得了引人瞩目的成就。然而,注浆质量检测的研究,至今尚未取得突破性进展,而注浆质量的检测是保证注浆质量和提高注浆技术水平的关键。为提高注浆质量检测精度和可靠性,本文将人工智能技术和声波测试技术结合起来,应用于注浆质量的检测中,研制了注浆质量声波检测专家系统,并在实验室和现场做了相关的试验。证明了专家系统的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The grouting technology is applied widely in geotechnical engineering. However, due to grouting work belonging to concealment and underground construction,the research of the grouting theory and quality inspection is difficult and has no breakthrough progress as yet. The grouting inspection is a key to ensure grouting quality and to improve grouting technology. In order to improve the precision and reliability of inspection, the technology of ultrasonic inspection and the Expert System are combined and applied in grouting quality inspection in this paper. And the Expert System of grouting quality inspection is also detailed. According to the laboratory test and the spot inspection, the Expert System of grouting quality ultrasonic inspection is proved.
