定向钻进工艺技术在探查疏放灰岩水中的应用

Application of long directional borehole technology for exploration and drainage in limestone aquifer

  • 摘要: 顾北煤矿A组煤受到灰岩水害严重威胁。采用顺层定向长钻孔工艺技术对工作面底板灰岩含水层进行探查,依据地层特征,对定向钻孔套管孔段、回转钻进孔段、定向造斜孔段、定向稳斜孔段的施工方法及关键技术进行分析研究,并选取13321工作面及13121工作面实施定向探查钻孔进行实践验证。结果表明,定向长钻孔技术实现了对工作面底板含水层全覆盖探查,目标层钻遇率高,一次性探放距离远,减少常规钻孔工程量,经济效益显著。该技术的成功实施解决了顾北煤矿区水害探查难题。

     

    Abstract: Group A of coal seam in Gubei Coal Mine is seriously threatened by limestone water hazards. Used the technology of directional long drilling along the seam to explore the limestone aquifer in the floor of the working face. According to formation characteristics, studied the construction methods and key technologies of directional drilling opening section, directional inclination section and directional stable unloading section. And directional exploration drilling was carried out in 13321 and 13121 working faces for practical verification. The results show that directional long drilling technology can realize the exploration of full coverage of aquifer in working face floor, with high rate of drilling in the target horizon and long distance in one exploration, which can reduce the amount of routine drilling work and bring significant economic benefits.The successful implementation of the technology solved the problem of limestone water hazards in Gubei Coal Mine.
