贵州煤层气井中上部地层钻井防漏堵漏技术

Preventing and plugging lost circulation technique for drilling CBM wells in Guizhou

  • 摘要: 防漏堵漏是贵州煤层气井优快钻井和节约成本的关键措施。针对贵州岩溶地层漏失和中部地层恶性漏失问题,结合煤层气钻井现场防漏堵漏实践及经验,首先,在井位布置时避开漏失;其次,采用潜孔锤空气钻进和表层套管暂封溶洞技术有效解决表层漏失问题。应用结果表明,通过地层承压堵漏方法有效解决了中部恶性漏失问题。该防漏堵漏技术提高了钻进效率,实现优快钻井的目的,为贵州煤层气井上中部地层防漏堵漏提供了新思路,具有很好的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Lost circulation control and plugging is the key technology of optimal and fast drilling and cost saving for CBM wells in Guizhou. For karst leakage strata and vicious leakage strata, combining the practice and application of leakage protection and sealing technology in CBM wells, first, attention was paid to well site selection to avoid leakage; Secondly, drilling with DTH hammer and temporary sealing of surface casing can effectively solve the problem of surface leakage; the method of leakage plugging under pressure solves effectively the central malignant leakage problem. This technology improves drilling efficiency, achieves optimal drilling effect, and provides a new way for CBM well drilling in Guizhou to prevent and plug leakage, which has significant application and promotion value.
