山东许厂煤矿水文孔井下启封技术

Underground opening technology of hydrological hole in Xuchang coal mine

  • 摘要: 封闭不良钻孔导通含水层,给煤矿安全生产带来威胁。以山东许厂煤矿X5-3号水文孔为研究对象,优化选用井下启封技术,采用高压注浆法封堵三灰裂隙,在1337工作面皮带顺槽通过钻探、巷探找到X5-3号钻孔位置进行封堵,终孔注浆压力为8 MPa,持续30 min,共用水泥6 000 kg,成功实现了井下封堵。井下启封技术的应用,不仅保证煤矿安全生产,避免受水害影响,而且降低了工程费用,对于同类型钻孔启封具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Connection of poorly sealed boreholes to an aquifer poses a threat to the safety of coal mine production. Taking the hydrological hole X5-3 of Xuchang coal mine in Shandong Province as the research object, the technology of underground opening and sealing was optimized, the high pressure grouting method was used to seal the lime-fly ash fissures, and the location of X5-3 borehole was found along the belt of 1337 working face through drilling and roadway exploration. The grouting pressure of the final hole was 8 MPa, lasted 30 minutes and 6,000 kg of cement were used totally, underground sealing and plugging were successfully realized. The application of underground opening technology not only ensures the safety of coal mine production and avoids the influence of water damage, but also reduces the engineering cost, which has reference significance for the same type of borehole opening.
