井筒地下潜水溢流倒灌水患治理技术

Treatment technology of water hazard of groundwater backward overflow in shaft

  • 摘要: 为解决山东新河矿业公司雨季地下潜水位上涨通过主井原提风道、副井管子道溢流倒灌井下,影响主、副井提升安全的问题,在不影响井筒正常提升的前提下,采用了导管引流、构建砖混模板墙进行防渗、充砂、灌注浆的方法,治理地下潜水水患,保证矿井安全平稳运行。实践证明,该方法切断了地下浅层孔隙水倒流通道,有效地解决了地下潜水位上涨溢流倒灌问题。该方法治理效果明显,工期短,费用低,在类似井筒水害治理工程施工中具有一定的借鉴价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the groundwater level rises through the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft in rainy season in Shandong Xinhe coal mine, which affects the safety of the main and auxiliary shafts. To control the groundwater and ensure the safe and stable operation of the mine, on the premise of not affecting the normal lifting of wellbore, the methods of conduit drainage, construction of brick-concrete formwork wall for seepage control, sand filling and grouting were adopted. Practice has proved that this method cuts off the shallow pore water backflow channel underground, and effectively solves the problem of overflow backward at the underground level. The method has obvious effects on water hazard control, short construction period, low cost and good benefit. It has certain reference and popularization application value for water hazard control engineering in the construction of similar shafts.
