淮北矿区五沟煤矿两带高度影响因素及计算方法

Influencing factors and calculation method of the height of two zones in Wugou coal mine, Huaibei mining area

  • 摘要: 针对复杂地质条件下,尤其是软弱性覆岩的两带高度计算不准问题,基于现有计算公式,以安徽五沟煤矿为例,通过深入了解五沟煤矿10号煤层含水层沟通状况,获取实测数据,对不同工作面的两带高度实测值与现有理论公式计算值进行比较,得出其差值较大,且二者与采深均呈线性关系。而后将埋深作为影响因素,通过线性分析,对原理论计算公式的第二项系数进行修正,获得适应于研究区的两带高度计算公式。结果表明,修正后的计算公式可较准确预测五沟煤矿导水裂隙带高度,提高防水煤柱上限,可防治矿井水灾害。研究成果可保证研究区安全开采,提高五沟煤矿的综合效益。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of inaccurate calculation of the height of the two zones of soft and weak overburden rock under complicated conditions, on the basis of the existing calculation formula, with Wugou Coal Mine in Anhui Province as example, through insight into the communication of the aquifer of seam 10 in Wugou Coal Mine, measured data were obtained, the measured and theoretically calculated height of the two zones in different working faces was compared, it was concluded that their difference was big and both height showed linear relation. Then the burial depth was taken as an influencing factor. Through linear analysis, the coefficient of the second term of the original calculation formula was corrected to get the calculation formula suitable for the two zones in the study area. The results indicated that the corrected calculation formula can accurately predict the height of the water-conducting zone in Wugou Coal Mine, increase of the upper limit of waterproof pillar can prevent and control water hazards. The research results can guarantee the safe mining in the study area and enhance the integral benefit of Wugou Coal Mine.
