岩体裂隙动水注浆扩散半径影响试验

Test of the influence of dynamic water grouting diffusion radius of fractures in rock

  • 摘要: 水灰比与注浆压力是动水注浆设计中的关键因素,基于自主设计的模拟裂隙动水注浆室内试验平台,开展了裂隙动水注浆试验,探讨了浆液在裂隙中的扩散方式,分析了纯水泥浆液扩散半径与注浆压力和水灰比之间的联系,并通过计算流体力学软件模拟对试验结论进行了验证。研究结果表明:浆液的扩散方式为分区扩散,注浆压力不变时,扩散半径与水灰比成反比;水灰比不变时,扩散半径与注浆压力成正比。

     

    Abstract: Water-cement ratio and grouting pressure are the key factors in the design of hydrodynamic grouting. In this paper, based on the self-designed simulated fissure hydrodynamic grouting indoor test platform, the dynamic water grouting test was carried out, the diffusion mode of the slurry in fractures was discussed. The relationship among the diffusion radius of pure cement slurry, the grouting pressure and water-cement ratio was analyzed. The experimental results were verified by computational fluid dynamics software. The results show that the diffusion mode of the slurry is partition diffusion. When the grouting pressure is constant, the diffusion radius is inversely proportional to the water-cement ratio. When the water-cement ratio is constant, the diffusion radius is proportional to the grouting pressure.
