水力压裂条件下焦作矿区低渗煤层气试验井产能预测

Productivity prediction of hypotonic CBM test well in Jiaozuo mining area under hydraulic fracturing

  • 摘要: 为了探索焦作"三软"煤层(软煤、软顶和软底)水力压裂条件下煤层气渗透机理及产出规律,首先基于储层裂缝扩展模型,考虑压裂后煤体孔隙率对渗透率的影响,建立储层裂缝渗透模型,并进行试验单井的应用及分析,得出压裂缝长度、宽度、渗透率以及压裂后储层参数等指标;而后通过等温吸附曲线法与历史拟合法的综合分析,对煤层气井的采收率进行预测;最后结合所得指标参数与采收率,运用FracproPT软件对矿区GW-002试验井进行2 430 d的产能预测。结果表明:该试验井模拟预测的平均日产气量可达596.87 m3,采收率可达32.86%,累计产气量可达1.09×106 m3,数值模拟出的产气量与实采数据较为吻合,满足煤层气开采技术要求,可用于指导焦作矿区煤层气井压裂抽采实践与产能预测。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the permeable mechanism and the output law after fracturing of CBM in the "three soft" coal seam(soft coal, soft roof and soft bottom) of Jiaozuo under hydraulic fracturing, Based on the permeable model of reservoir fracture, considering the influence of fracture porosity on permeability after fracturing, a reservoir fracture penetration model was established, the application and analysis of the test well was carried out to obtain the characteristics of pressure cracks such as length, width, permeability and reservoir parameters after fracturing. Through the comprehensive analysis of isothermal adsorption curves and historical fitting, the recovery rate of CBM was predicted, finally, combined with the obtained index parameters and recovery rate, the production of test well GW-002 in the mining area was predicted by Fracpro PT software for 2 430 d. The results show the average daily gas production is 596.87 m3/d, the recovery rate is 32.86% and the cumulative gas production is 1.09×106 m3, the gas production from the software is in good agreement with the actual production data, which meets the technical requirements of CBM and could be used to guide the fracturing drainage practice and production capacity in Jiaozuo mining area.
