基于嵌入式技术的全液压钻机参数监测软件设计

Design of parameter monitoring software for full hydraulic drilling rig based on embedded technology

  • 摘要: 为降低矿用钻机监测诊断系统开发成本,实现监测诊断系统的通用性和可移植性,简化操作流程,面向国内主流全液压钻机设计了一款嵌入式参数监测软件。软件以STM32F407微处理器为运行环境,利用C语言在Visual Studio 2013环境下开发完成。在emWin Simulation上完成GUI仿真测试后,将该软件安置在ZDY4000LR钻机上,并进行了软件功能验证实验。实验表明:该软件运行稳定可靠,可实时监测钻机参数;并具有数据存取功能;软件配置灵活,移植方便,成本可控;适用于不同型号、不同监测需求的全液压钻机。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the development cost of the coal mine hydraulic drilling rig monitoring and diagnosis system, realize the versatility and portability of the monitoring and diagnosis system, and simplify the operation process, an embedded parameter monitoring software for the domestic mainstream full hydraulic drilling rig was designed. The software took STM32F407 microprocessor as the running environment and was developed in the environment of Visual Studio 2013 with C language. After completing GUI simulation on emWin Simulation, the software function verification experiment was carried out on the ZDY4000LR drilling rig. The experiment shows that the software ran stably and reliably, and the software can monitor the parameters of multiple drilling rig in real time and has the function of data access. The software is flexible in software configuration, convenient to transplant, and is controllable in cost. It is suitable for all hydraulic drilling machines with different types and different monitoring requirements.
