15 000 N·m大功率定向钻机关键技术研究

Research on key technology of the 15 000 N·m high-power directional drilling rig

  • 摘要: 基于本煤层超长距离定向钻孔和顶板高位大直径定向钻孔施工对钻机的实际需求,以及复合定向钻进技术对于钻机的功能配套问题,提出了采用模块化方式对大功率定向钻机进行功能开发的技术思路。针对大功率配套、大能力输出和产品紧凑布局设计存在的矛盾,对15 000 N·m大功率定向钻机的总体布局设计、大能力回转器与托板分析、大开口夹持器设计、动力与液压系统设计、关键部件的模块化设计等关键技术进行研究,并对钻机进行了负载性能测试,钻机的各项性能参数达到设计要求。钻机的设计可有效提高各类瓦斯抽采钻孔施工效率,对于煤矿瓦斯的综合治理和降本增效具有明显作用。

     

    Abstract: According to the actual demand for ultra-long distance directional drilling in coal seam and large diameter directional drilling in seam roof, and the function of compound directional drilling technology for drilling rig, the technical idea of modular development for the functional development and design of high-power directional drilling rig are put forward. Combined with the contradiction among high-power matching, large capacity output and compact layout design of drilling rig, the key technologies of 15 000 N·m high-power directional drilling rig are researched in this paper, including overall layout design, large capacity rotary head design and layer board analysis, large opening clamper design, power and hydraulic system design, modular design of key components. The load performance test of the drilling rig is carried out to verify that the performance parameters of the drilling rig meet the design requirements. The design and application of drilling rig can effectively improve the construction efficiency of all kinds of gas drainage boreholes, have obvious effect on the comprehensive control of coal mine gas, increase the efficiency and reduce the cost.
