贵州官寨煤矿“先抽后建”地面瓦斯抽采工艺分析

Analysis on the surface gas drainage technology of “drainage first and construction later” in Guanzhai mine in Guizhou Province

  • 摘要: 新建突出矿井必须进行地面钻井预抽,做到"先抽后建"的要求。结合贵州官寨煤矿开拓部署,构建了官寨煤矿"先抽后建"的工艺流程,提出了主斜井地面实施定向井水力压裂、副立井采用洞穴完井、首采面采用丛式井水力压裂的工艺,从而使官寨煤矿实施"先抽后建"地面瓦斯抽采与矿井建设工程可以做到很好的统筹衔接,对于煤矿区协调实施煤层气与煤炭开发具有很好的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: According to the requirement of "drainage first and construction later", combined with the development and deployment of Guanzhai mine, the technological process of "drainage first and construction later" was set up in Guanzhai mine. This paper puts forward the technique of water pressure fracturing in the main inclined shaft, cavernous completion in the auxiliary shaft, and cluster fracturing in the first mining face. It is concluded that implementation of the surface gas extraction of "drainage first and construction later" in Guanzhai mine could achieve a good overall coordination, and had good reference significance for implementation of coordinated development of coalbed methane and coal in coal mining areas.
