新疆某矿区1 200 m深孔施工关键技术

Key technology of drilling the borehole of 1 200 m deep in a coal mine in Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 深孔钻探对目前深部找矿有重要意义。针对新疆某矿区含煤地层的特殊地质条件,选择胎体硬度HRC25~HRC36金刚石齿轮钻头及金刚石梯齿钻头,适宜的钻进参数,使用植物胶无固相泥浆及低固相泥浆进行钻孔护壁等措施,保证了1 200 m深孔的绳索取心金刚石钻进,并取得很好的实际施工经验。同时,重视卡簧的测量选取及安装,加强相关设备的日常安全管理工作,防止因管理原因而引发的孔内事故发生。

     

    Abstract: Deep hole drilling is of great significance for deep prospecting. According to the special geological conditions of coal measures strata in a mining area of Xinjiang, roller diamond bit with the matrix of hardness HRC25~HRC36, diamond bit, suitable drilling parameters were chosen, solid phase-free gelatin mud and mud with low solid phase were used to protect borehole, 1 200 m deep hole drilling with wire line coring was ensured, good practical drilling experience was obtained. At the same time, attention was paid to selection and installation of core-catcher spring, the daily safety management of drilling machine and tools was enhanced to prevent downhole troubles induced by improper management.
