囊袋式取心钻具的设计与应用

Design and application of bag-type coring tool

  • 摘要: 如何提高岩(矿)心采取率是钻探工程施工中关注的重要问题之一。针对在钻探中经常遇到的岩(矿)心采取率低的问题,设计了一套钻探工程施工用囊袋式双管取心钻具。该钻具能利用双管中的塑料囊袋结构满足在极破碎、易冲蚀、极软弱、水敏性等地层中钻探施工实现高取心率的要求,在进行双管钻进工艺且不需增加其他钻探设备的前提下,实现岩心采取率达到90%以上。

     

    Abstract: How to improve the coring recovery rate is one of the important problems of concern in drilling engineering, this paper describes the design of a bag-type double-barreled coring tool for engineering survey and geological drilling. This coring tool can use the plastic bags in the double-barreled structure to keep coring recovery rate in very broken, easy washout, very soft, water sensitive stratum. Under precondition of using double-barreled coring tool without adding other drilling equipment, the core recovery rate reaches above 90%.
