海相软土场地桩基倾斜机制分析

Tilt mechanism of piles in marine soft soil site

  • 摘要: 为了得到软土场地桩基倾斜的机理及其影响因素,首先调查分析了连云港地区桩基倾斜事故案例,然后建立了桩基数值模型,对影响桩基倾斜的因素,如土方开挖、施工荷载等进行了分析。结果显示:在海相软土场地桩基倾斜事故时有发生且桩体偏移量经常超过规范范围。数值计算结果与现场实测结果取得了较好的一致性,土方开挖对桩体偏移量的影响呈抛物线状,距离坑边越近影响越大。桩机荷载对桩体偏移的影响较土方开挖要大,其中距离桩机越近及桩长越小桩顶偏移越大,在桩机施工中应引起足够的重视,提前预防桩基倾斜事故。

     

    Abstract: In order to study tilt mechanism of piles and its influencing factors on soft soil site, the investigation and the analysis were made fortilt accidents of piles in Lianyungang, and then the numerical model of pile was established. The affecting factors such as excavation and construction loads were analyzed. The results showthat such accidents of inclined pile occurred often and their offsets often exceeded the specifications in Lianyungang marine soft soil areas. The numerical calculation results and measured results achieved relatively good consistency, the impact of earth excavation on the offset of piles show parabolic shape, and the nearer the pit, the greater the impact. The load's impact on the offset of pile was bigger than the earth excavation, when closer to load, the smaller pile length show bigger offset of pile, in advance to prevent pile tilt, the attention should be paid enough attention to soas to prevent accidents of tilt piles.
