基于响应曲面法井下机器人焊修疲劳试验研究

  • 摘要: 对井下探测机器人主车体用铸件在焊接修理工艺中,影响其使用寿命的几个重要因素,如加压处理压强、热处理时间、冷却时间和抛光时间作出系统的疲劳试验研究,并运用响应曲面法对重要因素和试验结果进行分析,对拟合数学模型进行详细阐述,最终确定了井下探测机器人主车体用铸件使用寿命的最大值以及各因素的取值条件,即当加压处理压强为8 MPa、热处理时间为15 h、冷却时间为5.1 h、抛光时间为48 s时,使用寿命最大值达到106.95 h。

     

    Abstract: In the welding crafts of the main body casting of underground exploration robot, there are several important factors affecting its service life, such as pressurized treatment pressure, heat treatment time, cooling time and polishing time. We make system experimental study on fatigue of the casting, analyze important factors and test results using response surface methodology, elaborate the fitting mathematic model, ultimately determine the maximum service life and value of each factor of the main body casting of underground exploration robot, when the pressure treatment pressure is 8 MPa, the heat treatment time is 15 h, the cooling time is 5.1 h, the polishing time is 48 s, the maximum value of the service life is 106.95 hours.
