塑料筛管助推器研制及应用

Development and application of a plastic screen pipe conveyor

  • 摘要: 塑料筛管完井能够有效支撑煤层钻孔孔壁,防止松软煤层钻孔孔壁坍塌,改善煤层气抽采效果。为将塑料筛管输送到钻孔中,研制了一种输送装置-塑料筛管助推器。介绍塑料筛管助推器的机械和液压系统的设计,试验表明:该装置可靠,满足钻孔施工现场筛管快速输送要求。

     

    Abstract: Plastic screen pipe well completion can effectively support the wall of drill hole in soft coal seam, to solve the problem of hole wall collapse, so as to improve CBM drainage effect, therefore, plastic screen completion is increasingly used in development of CBM. To convey the plastic screen pipe into the hole, a plastic screen pipe conveyor has been developed. In this paper, the design of the plastic screen pipe conveyor mechanical and hydraulic systems were introduced. Indoor test and field application test have been conducted. Indoor test confirmed that the performance of the conveyor meets the requirements of field application, and field application also proved the convenience and reliability of the device.
