钻机配油套密封性能仿真研究

Simulation study of the sealing performance of oil sleeve of drill rig

  • 摘要: 配油套是全液压钻机动力头中重要密封元件,其密封性能直接影响到液压系统的容积效率。通过计算受热、受压作用下的配油套与主轴变形导致的密封间隙变化量,并采用CFD技术对变形后的配油套密封间隙内部流场进行仿真分析,得到配油套密封间隙内压力分布情况,以及配油套泄漏量与工作压力、温度的关系。研究结果对设计配油套工作压力,确定工作温度的适用范围具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Oil sleeve is an important sealing element in hydraulic drill rig, whose sealing performance immediately affects the volumetric efficiency of hydraulic system. Through calculating the sealing clearance variation resulted from the deformation of oil sleeve and the main shaft under action of pressure and heat, simulating and analyzing the internal flow field of oil sleeve with CFD technology, we got the pressure distribution inside the sealing clearance and the relationship between leakage rate and pressure or temperature. The results have great reference value for the design of working pressure and determination of the operating temperature range.
