煤矿井下无线传感器网络三维定位算法研究

3D positioning algorithm for wireless sensor networks in underground coal mine

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿无线传感器网络定位存在节点模型不合理、定位精度差、算法不稳定等问题,提出一种新的煤矿井下巷道节点模型,并在此基础上提出基于粒子群算法的煤矿井下无线传感器网络节点三维定位算法。该算法将三维空间中未知节点与相邻的信标节点之间的估算距离和测量距离的均方误差作为优化的目标函数,通过粒子群优化来提高定位精度。理论分析和仿真结果表明,该算法具有定位精度高以及稳定性较好等特点,适用于煤矿井下无线传感器网络节点定位。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as unreasonable model node, poor positioning accuracy, unstable algorithm and so on existing in positioning of wireless sensor networks in underground coal mines, the paper proposed a new model of node in underground workings, put forward node 3D positioning algorithm based on particle swarm algorithm for wireless sensor network in coal mines. This algorithm makes the mean square error of the estimate and the measured distance between the unknown node and the adjacent anchor nodes in three dimensional space as the optimization objective function. The positioning accuracy is improved through particle swarm optimization. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the algorithm has higher positioning accuracy and good stability, suitable for wireless sensor network node localization in underground coal mine.
