松软煤层螺旋钻杆钻进中的吸钻卡钻力学机理

Mechanical mechanism of auger drilling rod sticking in soft coal seam

  • 摘要: 针对在突出松软煤层钻进过程中常出现的吸钻卡钻现象,以水平钻孔为例,通过分析螺旋钻杆钻进过程中钻粉在螺旋叶片间的运动规律,确定了当钻进产生煤粉量大于钻杆排出能力时,易因煤粉大量积压产生吸钻卡钻现象的力学机理。从控制钻进速度,减少钻粉生产量的角度提出了防止钻进过程中吸钻卡钻方法。计算出直径Φ42 mm和Φ75 mm两种钻孔施工时为防止吸钻卡钻的临界钻进速度。经过在鹤壁六矿2123上顺槽、2143下顺槽试验,取得了很好的效果,表明在突出松软煤层螺旋钻进成孔过程中控制钻进速度是可行的。

     

    Abstract: According to drill pipe sticking phenomenon occurring during drilling in the soft outburst-prone coal seam, this paper took the horizontal drilling hole as an example, analyzed the motion law of the drilling cutting in the helical blade during the drilling of the auger drilling rod, determined the mechanical mechanism of the sticking phenomenon that if the coal quantity of the auger drilling rod produced was greater than the ability of discharge, the drill pipe sticking phenomenon was easy to occur because of the large backlog of coal particles, and proposed a method of controlling the drilling speed, calculated the drilling critical speed of the auger rod of Φ 42 mm and Φ 75 mm. The trial conducted in 2143 up-crossheading and down-crossheading 2123 of Hebi mine six resulted in very good effect. It was shown that the method is feasible. The research has important theoretical and practical significance for coal and gas outburst prevention and control.
