矿用本安型救援系统供电技术

Technology of power supply of mine intrinsically safe rescue system

  • 摘要: 井孔救援探头一般采用井口有线供电方式。按照矿用本质安全型防爆设计要求,分析了电缆线路分布的电感、电容对本质安全性能的影响;给出了救援探头功率、双绞传输线长度和井口电源电压的关系。用两种模型的影响因子,给出在实际设计时,井口电源电压、供电距离和探头功率等参数的选择方法。该长线供电参数的分析与设计方法,在800 m本安型救援系统中应用,证明切实可行。

     

    Abstract: Rescue borehole probe adopts usually wellhead wired power supply. In this paper, according to the requirements of mining intrinsically safe design, distributional inductance and the influence of capacitance on the intrinsic safe performance were analyzed, the relationship among the power of the rescue probe, twisted-pair transmission line length and wellhead supply voltage was given. With the impact factor of two models, the selection method of parameters such as wellhead power voltage, power supply distance and probe power was given in the actual design.
