动水大通道突水钻孔控制注浆高效封堵关键技术及装备

Key technology and equipment of borehole-controlled grouting for highly effective plugging large channel of water inrush

  • 摘要: 为了解决常规突水通道封堵救灾工程中工程量大、施工工期长、易发生次生灾害等技术难题,研制了动水大通道封堵控制注浆专用钻具、保浆袋囊等装备,研发了速凝高强快速封堵注浆材料,设计了钻孔控制注浆封堵施工工艺,提出了采用钻孔控制注浆钻具定点放置保浆袋囊,使用速凝高强注浆材料实现动水条件下过水大通道的快速可控封堵新思路,形成了一套钻孔控制注浆封堵突水通道的新工艺、关键技术及配套设备。通过现场应用,该技术具备快速、可靠、费用低等优点,达到了预期目标。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the common problems like large quantities of work amount, long work project delay and secondary disaster during large channel water inrush plugging, the author invented a special drilling rig, textile capsule, developed and used quick-setting high strength grouting material and borehole-controlled grouting technology. The author provided a new idea of using special borehole-controlled drilling tools to put the textile capsule and applying the quick- setting high strength grouting material to plug the large channel of flowing water. A new grouting process, key technology and matching equipment for plugging water inrush channel have been achieved. By field application, this whole set of technology is highly efficient, reliable and economical.
