贵州官寨井田煤层气直井压裂工艺分析

Analysis of CBM well fracturing in Guanzhai mine

  • 摘要: 以贵州官寨井田GZ-01井为例,针对地质条件复杂、煤层破碎松软、透气性较差以及煤层单层厚度薄且层数多的特点,分别从目标层(段)、射孔、压裂液配方、支撑剂、压裂方式与规模等方面探讨了适合该井田地质与储层条件的煤层气压裂工艺。结果表明,贵州官寨井田煤层膨胀性较低,加入1.0%的KCl可抑制煤层膨胀;采用高砂比、大液量、中排量的压裂规模进行分段多层压裂。

     

    Abstract: Taking well GZ-01 in Guanzai mine of Guizhou Province as an example, aiming at the characteristics such as broken soft seams, poor permeability, thin and multiple seams, the fracturing technology suitable to the geological and reservoir conditions in the mine was discussed from the view of the target layers(intervals), perforation, formula of the fracturing fluid, proppant agent, fracturing mode and scale. The results showed that the dilatability of coal seams in the mine is low, add expansion can be restrained by adding 1.0% KCl; High sand ratio, large amount of fluid, middle displacement were used to conduct segmental fracturing of multilayers.
