顺煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔新工艺

Hole sealing method of bedding gas drainage borehole

  • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采效果在很大程度上取决于封孔方法和封孔质量。针对祁南矿原有封孔工艺封孔深度不够和材料本身的弱点,对钻孔封孔原有的工艺进行了改进。通过增加封孔深度、采用新式封孔材料等,避免了短路风流,减轻封孔管路中负压的消耗,并使抽采瓦斯的体积浓度提高了25%~50%,提高了生产效益。

     

    Abstract: The gas extraction effect largely depends on hole sealing method and hole sealing quality. Aiming at the insufficient sealing depth and weakness of sealing materials of the existing sealing technology in Qinan, improvement measures were put forward for the exiting sealing technology. Through increasing sealing depth and adopting new sealing materials, the measures avoided short circuit air flow, reduced the consumption of negative pressure in pipeline, and made the gas extraction concentration increased by 25%~50%, eventually improving the production efficiency, and providing security for later coal mine production.
