全液压钻机油路板试验台设计及应用

Design and application of test bench for full hydraulic rig's circuit board

  • 摘要: 为保证螺纹插装式油路板加工质量的可靠性,设计油路板试验台。试验台由数据采集控制系统和液压系统两部分组成。通过研究油路板单向阀泄漏量对压力损失和马达转速的影响规律,并对液控单向阀反向泄漏量分别进行自动和手动测试,验证了试验台测试结果的有效性和准确性,这为评估全液压钻机关键零部件加工质量、优化钻机液压系统设计提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Circuit board test bench has been created to ensure the reliability of threaded cartridge type circuit board processing quality. This one is composed of two sections:data acquisition system and hydraulic control system. Through the research of the circuit plate check valve leakage effect influence law on the pressure loss and the rotational speed of the motor, and with comparison of hydraulic control one-way valve reverse leakage automatic test and manual test results, the validity of the test results and the accuracy was confirmed. It provides a reference for evaluation of full hydraulic drilling rig key parts processing quality and optimization design of hydraulic system.
