Division of gas abnormal area based on geotectonic unit in Zouzhuang mine

  • 摘要: 为了实现瓦斯治理分级分类管理,运用瓦斯地质理论与方法,结合安徽邹庄矿生产实际和井田内地质构造分布形态,将其划分为3个地质单元。通过研究各地质单元内的地质构造、瓦斯赋存特征、构造煤发育情况和已采区揭露的瓦斯地质信息,建立了预测瓦斯地质异常区的数学模型,并利用工作面效检指标验证模型的有效性;以实际采掘过程中发生动力现象点为临界点,对其相应指标赋临界值,最终形成了以瓦斯含量(7 m3/t)、相对瓦斯涌出量(6.3 m3/t)和构造煤厚度(1.5 m)为核心的瓦斯预测体系。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize hierarchical systematic management of gas control, using the theory and method of gas geology, integrating actual production and geological structures, we divided Zouzhuang mine into three geological units. Through the study of the geological structures, characteristics of gas occurrence, development of tectonic coal in each geological unit, gas geology information revealed in mined-out area, a mathematical model to predict abnormal gas geological area was set up, and effect checking indexes applied in working face were used to verify the validity of the model. The point where dynamic phenomenon occurred during the actual mining was taken as the critical point, and the critical value was given to the corresponding indicators, eventually the gas prediction system with gas content (7.5 m3/t), relative gas emission (6.5 m3/t), thickness of tectonic coals (1.5 m) as core was formed.
