空心包体应力计温度补偿元件的设计及应用

Design and application of temperature compensating element of hollow inclusion stress gauge

  • 摘要: 空心包体应力计广泛用于测量地应力,目前采用热敏电阻进行完全温度自补偿。通过对热敏电阻和DS18B20温度传感器进行综合比较和分析,发现采用DS18B20测量工作应变片的温度变化更有优势。设计了一种使用DS18B20作为敏感元件的测温电路系统,采用单片机进行控制,数码管进行显示,经实验室试验校核及在煤矿现场应用,证明了其可靠性和可行性。

     

    Abstract: The hollow inclusion stress gauge is widely used in measurement of ground stress, now the method which uses thermistor for complete temperature compensation is widely adopted. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis of the thermistor and temperature sensor DS18B20, it was found that DS18B20 is more suitable. A circuit system for temperature measurement using DS18B20 as the sensor was designed, controlled by single chip microcomputer with digital tube display. The circuit, verified in laboratory experiment, has been successfully applied in mines.
