煤矿顺煤层钻孔施工新工艺

New drilling technology of in-seam borehole in coal mine

  • 摘要: 皖北煤电集团卧龙湖煤矿8煤层为瓦斯突出煤层,为消除煤层瓦斯突出的危险性,有效地降低煤层瓦斯含量和压力,采取顺煤层钻孔预抽回采区域煤层瓦斯措施。根据施工顺煤层钻孔的特殊要求,对顺煤层钻孔施工所需的设备、钻杆、钻具等进行了改进,并通过现场实验和试用,全面提升了顺煤层钻孔施工的工效,减少了钻孔在施工过程中喷孔、吸钻的次数,降低了钻探的投入。该技术及工艺在类似矿井中具有良好的推广前景。

     

    Abstract: Seam No.8 in Wolonghu Mine of North Anhui Coal Power Group is a seam prone to gas outburst. In order to remove the gas outburst risk from the seam, to effectively decrease the gas content and pressure in the seam, gas pre-drainage is adopted by using in-seam boreholes. According to the special requirements for drilling in-seam boreholes,multiple improvement has been performed with respect to the equipment, rod, tools required for drilling in-seam boreholes. Through great amount of field test and trial application, the drilling efficiency of in-seam borehole has been greatly improved. The frequency of blowout and attracting drill string during drilling has been reduced, decreasing drilling cost. It has good promotion prospect in similar mines.
