斜井钻井卡钻事故处理及钻井液混油后的录井

Research on a drill-jamming accident and geological logging after mixture of oil and drilling fluid in a deviated well

  • 摘要: 卡钻作为一种比较严重的钻井事故,会造成钻井施工遇阻和经济损失。某斜井在钻井施工中发生泥浆粘附卡钻。根据钻井现场情况,着重对其中的卡点深度及泡油量进行计算,经计算卡点深度约667 m,泡油量为32.0 m3,卡钻发生约11 h后,解卡成功。在整个卡钻事故及钻井液混油后录井中进行了系统思考和总结,提出了相应的录井措施,气测基值变化结果表明此次混油后录井的成功。该井的钻井卡钻事故及钻井液混油后录井措施以期为类似斜井卡钻事故处理提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Sticking of tool is commonly regarded as a kind of drilling accident. It can make drilling operation block and lead to economic loss. Mud clung sticking happened in a deviated well during drilling operation. The logging team did a lot of work to deal with the drilling accident. The depth of sticking point and amount of oil emulsion drilling fluid have been calculated in the paper. The depth of sticking point was about 667 meters and amount of oil emulsion drilling fluid was 32.0m3. 11 hours after drill-jamming accident happened, unstuck drilling was carried out successfully. The whole process of drilling accident, logging after oil emulsion drilling fluid have been systematicaey reflected and summarized. It will provide some valuable information for drilling deviated wells.
