地震勘探中多炮远程控制系统设计

Design of the key technologies for multi-shot remote control device in seismic exploration

  • 摘要: 针对现有矿井地震勘探超前预测数据采集过程中多采用人工放炮,操作时间长、安全隐患多等缺点,依据国家及行业相关规程规定,采用TCP/IP和EDSL混合组网传输技术、嵌入式控制技术,设计了一种具有远程多炮控制、盲炮集中处理和环境瓦斯浓度监测功能的系统。经过测试,该系统可以有效减少因前方地质情况不明诱发的次生灾害,简化了操作流程,提高了生产效率。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at shortcomings of data acquisition of the existing in-mine seismic exploration,such as manual shooting, long operation, many potential safety hazards etc., in accordance with the national and coal mine industry regulations, the paper used the transmission technology of TCP/IP and EDSL hybrid network, embedded control technology, designed a multi-shot remote-control system, which is characterized by multi-shot, remote control of multi-shot, centralized processing of blind shot and gas concentration monitoring. After test, the system can reduce the secondary disasters induced by unknown geological situation in working face, simplify operational processes, and improve production efficiency.
