逐阶段安全提高巨厚松散含水层下煤层开采上限研究

Safely improving by stage the upper limit of mining under extremely thick loose aquifer

  • 摘要: 为最大限度回收煤炭资源,安全缩小防水煤柱,针对淮北矿区煤层普遍上覆巨厚第四系松散含水层,煤层顶板不稳定情况,淮北刘东煤矿把提高开采上限工作分为防水、防砂两个阶段推进。首先通过研究分析西三采区第四系底部含水层和黏土隔水层等水文地质资料,确定西31000工作面第四系底部含水层为弱富水性,水体采动等级为Ⅱ级;然后通过数值模拟、物理模拟和对比分析等方法研究开采后的覆岩破坏高度,并与井下实际观测值进行对比,确定西31000工作面采后导水裂缝带的发育高度为41.3 m;据此提出了安全、合理的防水开采上限高度。安全回采后,成功解放呆滞储量22万t,为下一步进行防砂安全开采打下了良好的基础。

     

    Abstract: For maximum recovery of coal and safely reducing waterproof coal pillar in Huaibei Liudong coal mine, the upper limit of mining was improved by two steps:water-proof and sand control. In west No.3 mining district, firstly through research and analysis of the hydrogeological data of the aquifer and water-resisting clay layer at the bottom of the Quaternary system, the bottom aquifer of the Quaternary system in the western 31000 coalface was determined as weak watery, and the mining disturbance of water body was of level II. Then through numerical simulation, physical simulation comparison and analysis, the damage height of overlying rock after mining was studied and compared with the mine actual observation value, the development height of the water conducting fractured zone was confirmed as 41.3 meters; The paper put forward the safe and reasonable waterproof upper limit of mining, and 0.221 million tons of dull reserves were liberated. A good foundation has been set for further safe mining through sand control.
