改进型化学浆液在钱营孜煤矿副井井筒防水堵漏中的应用

Application of transformed chemical slurry in water prevention and leakage blocking of the auxiliary shaft in Qianyingzi coal mine

  • 摘要: 钱营孜煤矿副井立井已进行过多次注浆治理,但其涌水量仍高达10 m3/h。针对目前井壁可注性差,如再进行注浆将面临注浆压力高、难度大等问题,提出了采用改进型化学浆液注浆防水堵漏的施工方案。改进型化学浆液为固砂溶胶,该浆液由十余种化学材料配制而成。在系统分析了井筒水文地质工程地质条件后提出了适宜的施工方案。在方案实施中不断进行施工参数动态优化。最终实现注浆后涌水量仅为0.32 m3/h,堵水率高达97%。

     

    Abstract: The auxiliary shaft of Qianyingzi mine has been injected for six times to prevent leakage of water. However, the total water inflow is still up to 10 m3/h. The transformeod chemical slurry was proposed to solve the leakage of water at the poor injection condition and big difficulty. The transformed chemical slurry is composed of several chemical materials for solidifying sand. A suitable injection plan was proposed based on systematic analysis for geological and hydrogeological conditions of the shaft. Construction parameters were dynamically optimized during construction. And the total water inflow decreased to 0.32 m3/h after injection. The water blocking rate was 97%.
