双层水口超高胎体金刚石钻头孔底磨损过程分析

Structure optimization and down-hole process of diamond bit with double-layer waterways and ultra-high matrix

  • 摘要: 双层水口超高胎体金刚石钻头在深孔硬岩绳索取心钻进中具有其优势。根据CUG-2钻探参数监测系统的检测数据,对双层水口超高胎体金刚石钻头的孔底磨损过程及其优缺点进行了分析。结果显示,该钻头的使用寿命比常规金刚石钻头高近 1倍,但其孔底磨损过程比孕镶金刚石钻头复杂,尤其在两层水口的过渡期,容易造成孔底排粉不畅,甚至出现钻头唇面的非正常磨损。建议在钻头第二层水口中增加挡水片;在两层水口过渡层采用较软的胎体;把第二层水口的下端形状设计为圆弧形。

     

    Abstract: Diamond bit with double-layer waterway and ultra-high matrix has advantage in wire line coring drilling of deep hard rocks. According to detection data of CUG-2drilling parameter monitoring system, the paper analyzed the down-hole wear and tear process, advantage and disadvantage of diamond bit with double-layer waterway and ultra-high matrix. The results indicated that the service life of the bit was nearly twice longer than that of conventional diamond bit, but its down-hole wear and tear process was more complicated than that of cast bit.Some suggestions for structure improvement of the bit were put forward at the same time.
