基于小波分析的钻探孔内工况识别技术

  • 摘要: 根据地表钻探参数识别钻孔内工况是降低钻孔内事故的有效途径之一。在传统孔内工况识别技术基础上,利用小波分析提取孔内工况突变特征信息,并在相应典型工况识别表上对其变化斜率进行映射,快速识别当前工况,从而形成孔内工况早期快速识别技术。通过对CUG-2钻参仪采集的钻探参数进行信号分析,验证了该技术能有效地、准确地识别钻孔内典型工况。

     

    Abstract: Identification condition in the drilling hole according to surface drilling parameters is an effective way to reduce accident in drilling hole. The paper, based on the traditional hole condition recognition technology, extracts the characteristic information of condition mutations in drilling hole by wavelet analysis, and maps changes in the slope of its reference to the typical identification condition table, and quickly identifies the current operating conditions, and forms the hole working conditions identification quickly. Finally, it validated that the technology can effectively and accurately identify the typical conditions in the drilling hole by CUG-2 drilling monitor acquisition parameters of signal analysis.
