非开挖铺管阻力新计算模型及减阻措施

New calculation model for pipelaying resistance and drag reduction methods in trenchless technology

  • 摘要: 在非开挖工程中,计算出当前工艺条件下的铺管阻力、选择正确的铺管方法是整个工程成败的关键。通过数学解析方法,重点考虑回拖过程中管道弯曲段弯曲阻力的影响,建立了铺管阻力新计算模型。实践证明,该模型计算值与实测值仅相差6%,比较符合实际,提出的减阻措施对现场施工也有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Calculation for pipelaying resistance in current construction conditions to choose correct pipelaying method is the key for project success in trenchless technology.The paper uses the mathematical analysis method and considers the effect of banding resistance in pulling process to set up the new calculation model.The calculated value of this model is 6 percent difference from measured value,it accords with fact in practice and has less errors and the drag reduction methods are useful for construction.
