松软煤层空气钻进工艺试验

Experiment on technical parameters of air drilling in floppy coal seam

  • 摘要: 运用气固两相流体力学相关理论,分析计算了松软煤层空气钻进中的供风流量和压力损失;通过地面模拟实验,研究了空气钻进排渣过程的压力损失;结合现场试验,得出了相关煤层钻进正常排渣所需供风压力与钻孔深度的经验公式,取得的结果可供煤矿井下松软煤层空气钻进现场施工参考。

     

    Abstract: The wind flow and pressure lose in the air drilling in floppy coal seam were analyzed and calculated by the two phase flow principle. The pressure lose in the pneumatic slag off was studied through the simulative experiment. Based on the industrial experiment, the empirical formula of the wind pressure needed in drilling was acquired. The result would supply reference for air drilling in floppy coal seam in coal mine.
