矿用丙烯酸盐灌浆材料的制备与性能研究

Preparation and properties of acrylate grouting material used in coal mine

  • 摘要: 煤矿顶板渗漏水治理是采煤过程中难以绕开的难题,化学灌浆是解决这一问题的有效手段。采用合成的丙烯酸镁溶液与交联剂、引发剂、促进剂等为原料制备丙烯酸盐灌浆材料。研究丙烯酸镁浓度、交联剂的种类和用量、引发剂用量对丙烯酸盐灌浆材料凝胶体性能的影响。结果表明:交联剂的种类和用量对凝胶体的性能起决定性作用,与常规的二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯交联剂制备的丙烯酸盐灌浆材料相比,采用甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯交联剂制备的丙烯酸盐灌浆材料具有更优的综合性能,其固砂体抗压强度大于200 kPa,遇水膨胀率超50%,断裂伸长率高于1000%。该高弹丙烯酸盐灌浆材料兼具优异的可灌性、抗渗性能、抗挤出性能以及与岩样的黏结性能,可用于煤矿顶板渗漏水治理。

     

    Abstract: Water leakage control on the coal mine roof is an inevitable challenge in the process of coal mining. In this regard, chemical grouting provides an effective method to solve this problem. Specifically, acrylate grouting materials were prepared using the synthesized magnesium acrylate solution, cross-linking agent, initiator, and accelerator as the raw materials. Based on this, the effects of the concentration of magnesium acrylates, the type and dosage of crosslinking agent and the dosage of initiator on the properties of the gels of the acrylate grouting materials were investigated. The test results indicate that the type and dosage of crosslinking agent plays a crucial role in the gel properties. Compared with acrylate grouting material prepared using diethylene glycol diacrylate as the crosslinking agent, the acrylate grouting material prepared employing 2-(Dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate as the crosslinking agent presents better comprehensive performance. Specifically, the compressive strength of sand consolidation body is greater than 200 kPa, the expansion rate in water is higher than 50%, and the elongation at break exceeds 1000%. Furthermore, this highly-elastic acrylate grouting material exhibits the excellent groutability, anti-permeability, anti-extrusion and bonding with rock sample. Thus, it can be applied for water leakage control of coal mine roof.
