抽水蓄能电站锚索无损检测试验研究

Experimental study on nondestructive testing of anchor cable in pumped storage power station

  • 摘要: 为了评价弹性波反射法应用于锚索无损检测对锚固质量的影响,在新疆阜康抽水蓄能电站库岸边坡进行了锚索无损检测试验。基于弹性波反射法的基本理论以及预埋锚索传感器,对锚索无损检测的数据采集、信号激发部位、锚固体波速等方面进行系统地研究。研究结果表明:接收传感器位置固定,激发部位为安装接收传感器的钢绞线时,接收信号振幅最大;激发部位为锚索托盘时,接收信号振幅其次,但干扰信号较大;锚索锚固体波速随着注浆龄期和张拉荷载的增加呈降低趋势。基于弹性波反射法可以对锚索长度进行检测并定量分析,但目前弹性波反射法对锚索锚固体的注浆密实度只能进行定性评价,未达到定量评价的精度,试验结果对研究锚索无损检测技术的同行有一定参考和指导作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to demonstrate the effect of elastic wave reflection method, the nondestructive testing test of anchor cables was carried out at the bank slope of Fukang Pumped Storage Power Station in Xinjiang. On the basis of the basic theory of elastic wave reflection method, the anchor cable sensor is embedded, and the data acquisition, signal excitation position and wave velocity of anchor body in the process of nondestructive testing of anchor cable are systematically studied. The following results are obtained: When the receiving sensor position is fixed and the excitation part is the steel strand where the receiving sensor is installed, the receiving signal amplitude is the largest. When the excitation part is anchor cable tray, the amplitude of the received signal is weakened, but the interference signal is large. The wave velocity of anchor cable decreases with the increase of anchor cable grouting, grouting age and tensile load. According to the experimental test results of anchor cable, the length of anchor cable can be detected and quantitatively analyzed based on elastic wave reflection method. However, at present, elastic wave reflection method can only make qualitative evaluation on grouting tightness of anchor cable anchorage body, which does not reach the accuracy of quantitative evaluation. The experimental results have certain reference and guidance for the peers who study the nondestructive testing technology of anchor cables.
