Present situation and prospects of tourism resource evaluation in abandoned mining areas

摘要: 旅游资源的识别与评价是开展废弃矿区旅游规划与开发的重要基础。采用文献综述法和归纳分析法全面梳理国内外废弃矿区旅游资源价值评价研究成果,系统分析废弃矿区旅游资源识别、评价体系构建及评价方法。研究发现,目前对于废弃矿区旅游资源的认识仅停留在矿业遗迹、矿业遗产层面,缺乏对矿区天象、气候等自然资源及人文资源的重视;旅游资源的评价仍以资源为导向,且对于反映废弃矿区资源特殊性的评价指标缺乏足够的重视。未来废弃矿区旅游资源价值评价应加强旅游资源的全面识别,增加生态可持续性、安全性和利益相关者关系等评价指标,构建以需求为导向、分步骤旅游资源价值评价体系,同时要创新评价方法,以提高评价结果的客观性和科学性。Abstract: The identification and evaluation of tourism resources are important basis for tourism planning and development in abandoned mining areas. This paper adopts literature review method and inductive analysis method to comprehensively sort out the domestic and foreign research results on the value evaluation of tourism resources in abandoned mining areas, and systematically analyze the identification, evaluation system construction and evaluation methods of tourism resources in abandoned mining areas. It is found that the current understanding of tourism resources in abandoned mining areas is only at the level of mining relics and mining heritage, lacking emphasis on the natural resources such as weather and climate, and cultural resources of mining areas. The evaluation of tourism resources is still resource-oriented, and there is a lack of sufficient attention to the evaluation indexes reflecting the special characteristics of abandoned mining resources. In the future, in the evaluation of tourism resource value of abandoned mining areas, the comprehensive identification of tourism resources should be strengthened, the evaluation indexes of ecological sustainability, safety and stakeholder relationship be increased, a demand-oriented, step-by-step tourism resources value evaluation system be constructed, and at the same time, the evaluation methods to improve the objectivity and scientificity of evaluation results should be innovated.
