Abstract: The southern Ningxia is one of the areas where groundwater resources is seriously inadequate and generally brackish,it affects the existence conditions of local residents and the economic development.The causes of brackish groundwater are as follows:the salt content of CQ stratum is high,the terrain is low,there is a few precipitation and a great quantity of evaporation;geological structure is closed.
