Abstract: The new instrument for drilling parameter determination is intellectual, detonation pre- ventable, used in tunnels and with 80C31 monolithic processor as its main body. It can determine and record six drilling parameters at the same time, and memorize them in the storage. The authors introduced the fun- daments of degian, the working principles and the technical indexes of the instrument, also how to solve the problems of crucial importance in design.
