Influence of CaO/MgO ratios on efficiency of sulfur fixation

  • 摘要: 通过对不同燃烧温度和固硫剂添加量下CaO/MgO之比与固硫率之间关系的研究发现,燃烧温度相同而CaO/MgO之比不同时,固硫率不同;燃烧温度不同时,最佳CaO/MgO之比也不同,而且随温度升高而向CaO增多、MgO减少的方向变化。最佳固硫温度以及固硫剂添加量均和CaO/MgO之比与固硫率之间的关系无关。

     

    Abstract: The effect of CaO/MgO ratios on the efficiency of sulfur fixation was studied under the different combustion temperatures and the quantities of the sulfur-fixing agents. The results showed that the efficiency of sulfur fixation is different under the same temperature but different CaO/MgO ratio;and the best CaO/MgO ratio is also different under the different temperature and varies with the temperature.The quantity of the CaO increases and the MgO decreases when the temperature goes up.The best sulfur-fixing temperature and the quantity of the sulfur-fixing agents have nothing to do with the relation between the CaO/MgO ratio and the rate sulfur capture.
