Abstract: It is introduced in the paper that a summary of drilling & completion techniques for coal-bed methane wells,which drilled in Jincheng area,Shanxi,China,1999.A set of techniques are suitable for coal-bed methane development are evaluated,such as drilling,completion,coal protection,wire line coring tools and coment.
