方差体的改进算法及在地震解释中的应用

Improvement of variance cube technique and its application in seismic interpretation

  • 摘要: 传统的三维地震方差体算法计算时间较长。为了缩短解释周期,在算法分析的基础上,采用递推算法对传统的方差体算法进行改进,并开发出方差体分析处理软件。通过对实际资料处理与测试表明,改进算法速度较常规方法快,方差体技术对断层、裂隙发育带等地质异常体具有良好的识别效果,提高了地震资料的解释精度。

     

    Abstract: By calculating variance between seismic traces,the conversion from 3D amplitude data to variance attribute data which requires very long running time can be realizde,so traditional methods cannot satisfy the practical need.In order to shorten the periods of the seismic data interpretation,the authors have improved the algorithm of the traditional variance cube based on the analysis of the algorithm and adopted recursive algorithm to improve the speed.This paper introduced the improved algorithms and developed the software of variance cube technique.By testing,it is fined that the speed of calculating is obviously increased from the practical application which verifies the validity of the algorithms.Using time slice and stratal slice,can interpret small faults and analyze geological structures by analyzing the similarity of seismic signals between adjacent traces on the seismic cube.An analysis and interpretation of practical data show that the variance cube technique is very effective in the identification of small scale faults and fractured zones,therefore,it can improve the seismic interpretation precision.
