论PDC钻头的偏心转动问题

摘要: 在山东现场试验中发现,φ77mmPDC钻头的偏心转动给正常钻进带来很大麻烦。它不仅易使钻头产生严重震动、复合片提前损坏、钻速下降,而且使钻孔严重超径。经理论分析和对钻进结果的观察,发现导致钻头偏心转动的主要原因是切削具受不平衡力作用,和不甚合理的钻头唇面形状等。为了减弱偏心转动,应减小支柱直径,增加切削具数量,以便对其进行平衡布置;减小钻头唇面锥度;采用低磨擦保径技术。Abstract: The whirl of seven strut-type PDC non-coring bits which were used in Shandong, is a main problem in drilling progress. By means of analysing drilling results, it is pointed out that bit whirl can cause serious vibration of bit and PDC damage, the main causes of bit whirl are unbalanced force of cutters and bit profile. It is also pointed out that efficient processes of solving PDC bit whirl are placing cutters balancedly, reducing the taper of bit face, and improving drilling recomendations.
