Abstract: The guaranty of coal resource of China is analyzed in this paper.The main control factors are considered to influence the resource safety guarantee,including effective supply,recovery rate,basic geological exploration degree,financial equity of government,cyclic economic development.Meanwhile some suggestions are presented.
