Design and application of measurement system of 15000 Nm drill rig stand

  • 摘要: 由于煤矿坑道钻机钻进能力的提高,原有的钻机试验台已不能满足测试转矩超过6 000 Nm钻机的需要,为此,新建了煤矿坑道钻机试验台。新系统包括硬件和软件2部分,其最大测试转矩达到15 000 Nm,最大给进力/起拔力达到300 kN;采用智能化仪器,减少了计算量,提高了工作效率;软件系统具有扩展性强、复用性高、可进行灵活控制的特点;系统具有断电保护功能。新测试台与原试验台的比对试验表明,2个试验台得出的结果一致。

     

    Abstract: With advancing of drilling capacity of drill rig for underground coal mine,the previous drill rig test stand can not meet the need for testing the torque moment over 6000 Nm.Therefore,a new drill rig test stand is established.The new system includes both of hardware and software.The maximum torque moment is 15 000 Nm,the maximum feeding force is 300 kN.The system is of high work efficiency due to its intelligence instrument.The system has also safety guard.The comparison study of new stand and previous stand indicates that the measurement results of both stands are same.
